I’ve just finished watching the pilot episode of what I guess must be America’s rip-off (legitimately purchased ?) version of the BBC’s all time classic comedy series ‘The Office‘. I procured it mistaking it for the British series and, upon realising it was the Americans trying to reproduce the unmatchable British wit was tempted to turn the thing off before the end of the opening credits - but it was either watch mindless TV or study and I think we all know what wins that duel.
